At crickethighlights2.cricket, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This DMCA Policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims on our website.

Reporting Copyright Infringement:
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notification to our designated DMCA Agent at TechBeeUK@Gmail.com. Your notification must include the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by your notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on our website.
  3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  7. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the alleged infringer of the DMCA notification. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-Notification:
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated DMCA Agent at TechBeeUK@Gmail.com. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and where it was located on our website before it was removed or disabled.
  2. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the website may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  5. A physical or electronic signature of you or a person authorized to act on your behalf.
  6. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will provide the complainant with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days. We may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it not less than ten (10), nor more than fourteen (14), business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our designated DMCA Agent first receives notice from the complainant that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our website.
