Pitch Report: Pommie Mbangwa, Ian Bishop, and Temba Bavuma inspect the surface. State that it is usually a batter’s paradise in Centurion. Add that it looks like a good pitch. Feel that as a bowler, there is very little margin for error.
Aiden Markram: It is a tough venue to defend, hopefully we can bowl well and chase the total down. Jansen comes in for Fortuin and Rabada comes in for Nortje. Both teams are going to be attacking in that regard. Most of our batters are in form and we are blessed with a great batting lineup. Probably under 200, it’s a good wicket and the ball flies around here.
Rovman Powell: If we won the toss, we would have bowled as well. If we can improve 10-15 percent in batting, bowling, and fielding, it will be great. Jason Holder comes in for Alzarri Joseph and Raymon Reifer comes in for Roston Chase. We have included Raymon as an all-rounder. The projected score is 200. We need to put a good score on the board. If the projected score is 200, we would try to get to 215-220, giving our bowlers something more to defend.
