Pitch Report: Darlington Matambanadzo: Overcast conditions. It’s a reused surface, same wicket that was used for the 2nd ODI. There’s a little bit of wear, there might be assistance for the spinners.

Craig Ervine: We are gonna have a bat first. The wicket looks drier than the 2nd ODI. Hopefully we can put a decent score and put Ireland under pressure. We were looking to restrict them to 270, them getting to 290-odd was out of the reach. The finger is not too bad, it’s about managing. Ballance is out with a niggle, Chatara and Victor Nyauchi are out. Mavuta comes in.

Paul Stirling: We were actually looking to bowl. Whoever plays good cricket will win. Nice to get over the line (in the 2nd ODI). We are happy with that but we still have plenty to work on. McBrine misses due to a finger injury. We bring in Gareth Delany.
